Our website is hosted by Render Services, Inc., USA. When you visit the website, technical connection data, in particular your IP address, is transmitted to the hosting infrastructure. This data is processed to provide the website and to ensure its security and stability.

Personal data may be processed abroad in this context, in particular in the USA. For such transfers, Render relies on the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or appropriate standard contractual clauses.

If you contact us at hello@nuvemlabs.ch, we process your email address and the information and attachments you provide in order to answer your inquiry and conduct the related communication.

We use iCloud Mail by Apple to receive, send and store emails. Personal data may also be processed outside Switzerland, in particular in the USA. Information on data processing and on safeguards for international transfers can be found in Apple's privacy policy.

We keep correspondence for as long as necessary to handle your inquiry and any follow-up questions. Longer retention applies where legal obligations exist or where it is necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

You can request information as to whether and which personal data we process about you. You can also request the correction of inaccurate data.

Within the scope of the statutory requirements, you can request the deletion of your personal data or that a particular processing be stopped. Under the statutory conditions, you also have the right to receive or transfer the data you have provided in a common electronic format.
